Elder Stephen Appiah Yeboah has served as Presiding Elder at RWC since the year 2018. Prior to the inauguration of RWC, he served in the following capacities over the past 10 years: Evangelism Ministry Leader, Youth Ministry Leader, Editorial Board Chair and Local Secretary all at the former Rhema Assembly. He also served in the capacity of District Youth Leader in the East Legon District.

He is married to Vera Appiah Yeboah and is blessed with Two(2) Children :Judy Appiah Yeboah and Jason Nicholas Appiah Yeboah
