“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve;” – 1 Peter 5:2
The Word of God clearly admonishes us in 1 Peter 5:2 to be shepherds of God’s people who are under our care by grace. We are to serve as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly. The welfare of church members should therefore be every church leader’s great concern. This family, seeks to ensure both the physical and spiritual well-being of the church members.
