Departments handles all official communication emanating from and coming into the Church. Members of this department include the Leaders and the various Secretaries , as well as other staff working in the two offices. Publications Office and the Protocol Office are special Units under the Departments.
Clustered into four (4) major groups, the protocol department is made of the meet and greet unit. This unit ensures that members are warmly welcome and directed to the ushering unit, which oversees orderliness in seating church members as they arrive. They make sure that the members are assisted through the aisles into the auditorium and are offered a seat, to feel comfortable to worship.
Then, there is the First timers unit. This unit is tasked to engage people who are worshipping with us for the very first time, as well as take the records of those who would like to worship with us, or to know whether, they are visiting and would not stay, either upon invitation by a church member or partaking in a thanksgiving service of a friend or relative.
The fourth unit, the Security unit, oversees the use of the car parking space, as well as ensuring security and maintenance on the church premises.
Besides these roles, the protocol department provides any other assistance outside their jurisdiction upon requests.
