Prof. Ovr. Joseph Osafo is the first and current Pastor of Rhema Worship Centre. His administration as Pastor began on the very first day that Rhema Worship Centre was inaugurated, 10th August 2019. He served in the church of Pentecost as an Elder for approximately 30 years before his appointment as Pastor at RWC. He served as the Presiding Elder of Dzorwulu English Assembly from 1999 to 2018. He is currently the Head, Department of Psychology – University of Ghana, a Clinical Psychologist and Suicideologist and also the Head of the Counselling Unit of the Church of Pentecost. He is recognized internationally for both his academic and scholarly works, as well as his ministerial grace.

He is married to Asafo Maame Mavis Osafo Adu and they are blessed with both biological and adopted children; Tilly, Bridget, Eunice, Rebecca, Lois, Simon, Joel, Charles and Emmanuel.
