Lac It! is now certified HEMA, HPMA, and HEA monomer-free. When these monomers are in their free or loose state, they have a high risk of causing skin sensitivities and allergic reactions. In en Vogue gels, these monomers have been encapsulated within the larger chemical chain, so they are no longer free or able to cause these common problems.
